Application
This kind of netting is designed primarily for packing traditional smoked hams, but it can also be used
for packing boiled and raw hams. It's main advantage is excellent imitation of hand-tying,
which makes a product look in a traditional and unique way.
Packing speed with
STRING netting is much higher compared to hand-tying.
Technical specification
- Available with 5, 9, 13 an 18 stitches between
rubber threads;
- Heat resistance: COTTON STRING netting - maximum 125°C; POLYESTER STRING
netting - maximum 220°C;
- Raw materials: food grade cotton or polyester yarn and food grade rubber threads;
- Number of rubber threads: 1 as standard, and depending on a customer's
needs - 2 or 3;
- Available colours: cr?me in case of COTTON STRING netting; in case of POLYESTER STRING netting
white polyester yarn + rubber threads covered
with white, red, yellow, green, orange, blue or black polyester yarn;
- Number of meters in a roll: 50 machine meters as standard or other upon customer request;
- Available in rolls or loose in cartons.
